Walk, Talk, Laugh, And Sing With The Animals

Last time I visited was in Year 7 of High School, so its changed quite some bit.
Soooo thanks to Del's lovely work mate, Jess, we scored some free tickets to Taronga Zoo. Naturally at the next available opportunity we made a day of it and I could not let the opportunity pass try out for National Geographic.

Del trying to mimic the Vulture, same same but different.

This little finch just sat there to be photographed, totally loving my Canon 70-200mm L IS Lens.

This little chap spotted me while he was in the middle of... well lets say his got a deuce. LOL

These guys probably have the best view of the entire harbour I kid you not. SPOILT I TELLS YA!

This little frog would've been about the size of my thumb. Very cute.

Anyone else reminded of the Lipton Tea Ads?

If only we all could be this content with life.

I love this image not just because its shaped like a heart, but I find snakes beautiful creatures.

This guy would be the lizard equivalent to Fabio don't you think?

The wild lion cub stalks its first pray....

The King of the jungle did not seem to care that I had come all the way from the hood to see him, totally refused to grace my lens with his presence.

Our Tiger friend here was much more willing to work it for the camera.

I think Tigers are the most beautiful of the big cats.

This is how she hears everything I say even when whispered under my breathe.

One of my favorite shots of the day!

I may be a bit away from gracing the covers of National Geographic but I did enjoy my time at Taronga Zoo. I think anyone who has a love for animals should check it out, its the next best thing to getting lost in the jungles yourself. Hope you enjoyed it!
