Be Seduced By The Hunter

Not being much of a wine lover I never quite saw the appeal of the Hunter Valley. Sure it looked great in pictures but nothing ever really compelled me to go. So recently Dan organised a shoot for us at Peppers in Polkobin which is part of the Hunter Valley region, I was in for a surprise.
Driving there, you pass by these quaint little towns and everyone was quite helpful with directions along the way. It's quite obvious when you hit the vineyards, just like you see in the pictures. The rolling plains and rows of grape vines running off into the distance as far as the eyes can see.
Pepper's has a real country estate feel to it, big open greens with a couple of kangeroos thrown in just to keep you reminded of where you are in the world. When I arrived, make up was well under way and the model was looking wonderful. The plan was to shoot around the property first then find a vineyard near by to shoot in as the sun came down. Here are the results so let me know what you think.
The drive from Sydney took quite a bit out of everybody involved but we were happy with the work we produced and the Hunter Valley definitely showed me what makes it such an attraction. Given the chance I would definitely love to go back. Hope you enjoyed checking it out as much as I loved making these images.
